Nelson and Taylor make MAJOR Vote Before Year End - Taylor and Vincent Accused of Misuse of Office & Obstruction of Justice

Just under the wire before the end of this 2023 calendar year Franklin Mayor John Nelson and Milwaukee County Supervisor for the 17th District including part of Franklin and all of Oak Creek cast the most important vote of their elected career on December 18, 2023.

The historic vote that provided a return to the residents, so great to mention, was taken on line in the Franklin Debate and Discussion Forum.  The forum (Facebook Group) has about 2500 members at last count and is administered by Mike Paradise and Greg Kowalski.

The vote that County Supervisor Taylor also Executive Director of the ROC Foundation and Mayor John Nelson took part in was a "group poll" created by Paradise.  The ""group poll" asked:

Should we continue to allow the Franklin Community News page to cross post/spam this group?"

Both Franklin Mayor Nelson and County Supervisor/ROC Executive Director Taylor cast an overwhelming NO vote.  If you look at the icons on the NO votes in the screen shot you will see the image of the Franklin Mayor and others in the group also commented on Taylor voting.

With all of the REAL issues facing our City of Franklin and Milwaukee County Supervisory District 17, it is a wonder these two elected officials have the time to participate in such an important vote.  Why would these two individuals make a NO vote.  The answer is simple. Since this past April 2023 Franklin Community News has exposed corruption, conflict of interest, and collusion between County Supervisor Steve Taylor, his role as Executive Director of the ROC Foundation, John Nelson, Mayor of Franklin, and Mike Zimmerman, CEO ROC Ventures.

Taylor, Zimmerman, and Nelson have done all they could to have most of Franklins Facebook Groups remove Franklin Community News (FCN), Franklin Community News Publisher Rich Busalacchi, and Franklin Community News Contributor Kevin Fischer.

The Franklin "Debate and Discussion" page does not want to "debate and discuss" issues unless it fits the Administrators, Taylors, and Nelsons Agenda.  The reason given for being removed from the group was "You have crossed the line "People" are complaining.  People were complaining because FCN exposed that County Supervisor Steve Taylor was using an alias of Jill Manning in the group (Surprised he did not select Rollie Fingers as Taylor is a RIHNO) and another individual known to be a keyboard warrior is Andrew Weisensel from Oak Creek who uses the alias Be Bah.  You will notice Andrews personal Facebook Page is very similar to his Linked in page and is similar to Be Bahs page.

This all came to a rolling boil on Monday, November 18, 2023 after Franklin Community News:

Taylor then posted the following to "fix" his mistake for omitting that he worked as Executive Director of the ROC Foundation on Financial Disclosure Statements with Milwaukee County for the past few years as published by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.  Taylor is also trying to prove that there is no "Conflict of Interest" with his position as County Supervisor, his position of Executive Director ROC Foundation, and with the City of Franklin.

Rich Busalacchi then posted the following

Rich Busalacchi alleges the following against Steve Taylor, John Nelson, and Kathleen Vincent and has filed a formal complaint seeking prosecution.  This is a summary of his complaint and charges he is seeking.

As a result of my reporting and exposing corruption, collusion, conflict of interest between the City of Franklin Mayor John Nelson, Steve Taylor, County Supervisor/ROC Executive Director and Mike Zimmerman, ROC Ventures CEO, as well as my outspoken activism both at Franklin Common Council Meetings and in online forums, I have been a target of Steve Taylor,  Mike Zimmerman, and John Nelson.

It is alleged, that as a result of filing ethics complaints against County Supervisor Taylor, filed on April 23, 2023, and based on his threats of April 14, 2023, Taylor, Zimmerman, and Mayor Nelson retaliated against me and persuaded the complainant to file a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against me.

It is also alleged, that based on Taylors past personal experience of being charged with a misdemeanor for breaking a restraining order and being charged previously with a misdemeanor for obstruction of justice, along with statements contained in multiple false and misleading police reports filed by the complainant in Franklin and Greendale (see linked article). Taylor was working with the complainant to have me arrested for breaking the TRO.  Additionally, other County Supervisors and residents of Franklin and Greendale have gone on the record in published news articles of Taylors relentless attacks and harassment that they experienced at his hands, (see attached article from Urban Milwaukee.)

There is evidence from two unrelated parties, one with two direct conversations with Supervisor Vincent and one with a source at the County Courthouse that Vincent and Taylor were working with the ADA and DA to either affect the outcome of the hearing or to have me charged with violating the injunction prior to the hearing.

I am asking for a full investigation and prosecution of County Supervisor Taylor and County Supervisor Vincent for obstruction of justice, interfering with a civil case unrelated to Milwaukee County Government, use of their political leverages, alliances, elected authority, and influence to interfere in a civil matter.

I am also seeking an investigation and prosecution of County Supervisor Taylor who went too far in his retaliation, threats, intimidation, harassment both online directly and indirectly thru surrogates attacking me.

Mr. Taylor is an elected official representing Milwaukee County.  As such Mr. Taylor should act like an elected official and be held to the highest standards of professionalism and conduct.  I am asking for your help to end the terror Mr. Taylor brings upon his enemies both directly and covertly.
