For the Greater Good (of Franklin, Hales Corners, and Milwaukee) - Editorial Part 1

Editorial - Part 1

DO NOT Elect Danelle Kenney in the April 2nd election if you are a resident of Milwaukee County’s 9th Supervisory District...For the Greater Good of our commmunity.

Please share with residents of Franklin, Hales Corners, and Milwaukees Southwest Side

A former friend of mine once had me believe that by joining forces we were working together for the "Greater Good". What I found out over a period of time is that the "Greater Good" was actually code for "What's best for my friends personal agenda", which is truly not the greater good of all.

You have a choice to make on this upcoming April 2nd election for Milwaukee County 9th Supervisor District. We ask you to support Patti Logsdon. As you will soon see, read on, this is not about the Greater good of Hales Corners, Franklin, and Southwest Milwaukee, it is really about a vendetta and controlling and expanding the power base of Franklin, WI. Orchestrated by Steve Taylor and his flying monkeys to have Danelle Kenney elected.

Let’s start with the Franklin angle. Multiple sources confirmed that Steve Taylor put up and/or encouraged Danelle Kenney to run for County Supervisor to oust Patti Logsdon who is an independent thinker and not part of team Taylor. In the Spring election of 2023 then incumbent mayor Steve Olson was defeated for Mayor by Franklin Alderman John Nelson. Multiple sources also confirmed John Nelson (who is sympathetic to everything ROC Ventures/Ballpark Commons) was put up to run for the position by County Supervisor Steve Taylor/also ROC Foundation Executive Director and CEO President of ROC Ventures/Ballpark Commons. Also serving on the campaign team and now Franklin Director of Administration was Kelly Hersh. Hersh was promised the job if Nelson was elected Mayor. Additionally, Hersh was part of Franklin Community Advocates who sued the City of Franklin over Strauss brands making Franklin their home. This battle cost the city well over $120,000 in legal fees. The picture above to the left (left to right) Kelly Hersh, Franklin Alderwoman Michelle Eichmann (on Team Taylor/Zimmerman), and Danielle Kenny. Multiple sources have indicated that Kinney asked Taylor to not attend her latest fundraiser so she could keep her distance from him.

On election night April 4, 2023, the picture below was sent to Olson after the election results were in. The picture is of (left to right) County Supervisor Steve Taylor, Franklin Mayor John Nelson, and ROC CEO/President Mike Zimmermann. The picture was basically intended to poke a stick in the eye of the former mayor and to send the message that Taylor and Zimmerman are now running the city.

Here is the MOST important point. The Rock/Ballpark Commons is NOT in Steve Taylors' 17th Supervisory District which runs east of 51st Street and all of Oak Creek. The Rock is in Logsdon's 9th district. An election win by Kinney would give Taylor, Zimmerman, and Nelson a ROC-friendly supervisor. Logsdon has been a tireless champion working on behalf of the local Franklin/Greendale residents with sound, lighting, methane, zoning, and other issues that Taylor, Zimmerman, and Nelson would not address. The response of Steve Taylor to working with the neighbors is, "Well if they don't like it, just turn up the sound".

So what is the personal vendetta Taylor has against Logsdon?  In April 2018 there was a redistricting and Taylor ran against Logsdon. Logsdon beat Taylor and Taylor found himself out of County politics until a new redistricting in 2022 that created the 17th District. Taylor now did not have the ROC/Ballpark Commons in his district and yielded the power to Logsdon.

Since March of 2023, Franklin Community News (FCN) has been reporting on the corruption, conflict of interest, harassment, and intimidation tactics of Taylor, Zimmerman, and Nelson all to benefit Taylor and the ROC. You can see all the blogs at https://www.fcnewswi.com/

It also appears that Danelle Kinney is taking a few pages from the Steve Taylor playbook and going after individuals' First Amendment rights. The strategy is when you do not like what someone says about you publicly you go after their employment. Doug Milinovich who is a local realtor for First Weber posted the following video introducing himself and covering a multitude of topics including a review on the Steakout, the Orchard Hill Development, and that Mike Zimmerman is now not a partner of Land by Label Development. He also indicated Danelle Kinney and her husband were part of the Strauss lawsuit that we reported, and the demise of the Franklin Community Debate and Discussion Group by Facebook. It has been reported that Kinney is going after Milinovich to have his license suspended.  All because Milinovich does not support and agree with Kinney. This is the future of politics if Ms. Kinney is elected. More dirty politics just like her mentor Steve Taylor. Well played Ms. Kinney!

It should be noted that the Rock and Ballpark Commons is GREAT for economic development in Southeastern WI. What is NOT Great is the dirty politics and incest between Taylor, Nelson, Zimmerman, Hersh, and the City of Franklin. Not acting in the best interests of the residents but in the best interests of corporate welfare and greed.

Listed below is a list of articles comprised by Franklin Community News that are written by FCN, or other local media showing the corruption of all of the players mentioned today. Please take the time and get to know the actors who want Danelle Kenney elected and you will understand that this election by Kenney is not about what is best for Hales Corners or Southwest Milwaukee, but about assuring control of Franklin and the Rock to Taylor and Zimmerman. Make no mistake the City of Franklin and its Mayor John Nelson is bought and paid for by Steve Taylor and Mike Zimmerman.

These are the actors who support Danelle Kenney. For the Greater Good of Franklin, Hales Corners, and Southwest Milwaukee DO NOT Vote for Danelle Kinney unless you support her shadow corrupt government and supporters.
